I had purchased enough tile to complete our floors after a kitchen renovation and needed the living room, entry, hallway, bath and laundry rooms doneI called Mingus Tile weeks before our daughters wedding and Neill promised me he could get it finished and gave me an estimated start dateThey definitely delivered, started one day sooner than expected and worked straight days including most of Saturday to get the job doneOur old tile was stained, cracked and extremely uneven so we knew the slab had issues but did not know how bad it really wasNeill and his team were great making sure all cracks were sealed and leveling the surface as much as possible with a nearly year old houseOur new floors look great, feel good to walk on and are a breeze to clean, they also added tile baseboard which we loveWe are thrilled with the job Mingus Tile did, Neill always showed up at the time stated, his team worked late if needed, kept us updated and finished on timeWe will use them again and would highly recommend them

I was planning to spend a rather large amount at this company and the woman who was "helping me" was rude and unhelpfulShe made me feel uncomfortable and acted like I was waisting her timeShe was argumentative when there was nothing to argue overShe didn't want to help me with design or show me any other productsShe waisted my time and treated me as if I was an itWhen I told her I would take my buisness elsewhere she never respondedI can't believe how poorly I was treatedShe made me feel like she didn't want my buisness at all and that I was a major inconvenienceI only asked a few questions and was trying to find a solution to my issuesShe is obviously miserable at her job and takes it out on her customersTo make it worse I believe she is an ownerWith the way the economy is, I am shocked that she turned me away so fastI will not be using this company now or in the futureBad reviews spread a lot faster then good onesI will be leaving bad reviews and file complaints everywhere I canNow I have to drive hours to make my purchaseShe lost her company over 3000$ todayI hope that is a wake up call

I called Mingus Tile 3 weeks before our daughters wedding and Neill promised me he could get it finished and gave me an estimated start date. They definitely delivered, started one day sooner than expected and worked 5 straight days including most of Saturday to get the job done. Our old tile was stained, cracked and extremely uneven so we knew the slab had issues but did not know how bad it really was. Neill and his team were great making sure all cracks were sealed and leveling the surface as much as possible with a nearly 30 year old house. Our new floors look great, feel good to walk on and are a breeze to clean, they also added tile baseboard which we love. We are thrilled with the job Mingus Tile did, Neill always showed up at the time stated, his team worked late if needed, kept us updated and finished on time. We will use them again and would highly recommend them.
