Hi ***,I want to first start by informing the general public that Mini Moves and More was hired by *** to move her belongings from one town to a neighboring town of hersWe booked this move via a "over the phone" estimate which is based on the inventory of furniture and boxes that *** gave
usWe decided it was a two man job and our smaller 16ft truckWhen the crew arrived to move her belongings we soon realized the armoire which was on the second floor needed to be rolled over a railing to get down their stair wayThe crew explained that to her and she acknowledged the fact we needed three men to complete this task safely and that her husband needed the help of a few guys to get the piece up thereIf we knew this going into the move we (Mini Moves and More) would have send a three man crew for the entire moveWe didnt know that due to the phone conversation so we only sent a two man crew With that being said I (*** ***) tried to get a third guy to her that day but didnt have any extra man powerI offered to get a crew over to her Monday since we had an opening, she then became angered because her closing was Monday and everything needed to be outI was able to rearrange my schedule and move other customers jobs around to get the piece moved on Saturday afternoon*** was concerned about any added travel fee and expensiveI explained to her we would take care of her and she didnt have to worry about the truck, travel or fuel charges that we would only charge her for the time we needed to move the armoireWhen the guys finished the move we charged her the one hour minimum of $She refused to pay saying it was our fault we weren't able to complete the move on Friday and that she wasn't payingTo say I bullied her into paying is just wrongI explained to her that she had to pay the $due to the above factorsShe though we were going to do the move for free and thats just not how we operateAfter much back and forth I asked her what she though was a fair price and she stated $was fairWe finally agreed on $which is a half hourWe have been in business for years and this might be our second complaint every due to the fact we strive for complete customer satisfactionIm sorry it has come to me defending Mini Moves and More on the Revdex.com because I though we had a adult conversation and we were both happy at the final decision Thanks again, ever and we book on average jobs a monthIm sorry you feel bullied into paying for a service but we charge fairly and customer care / service is something we take great pride in

I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted]It is unfortunate that Mr. [redacted] continues to insist that certain conversations took place that did not.  I am not going to go back and forth with a "he said, she said".  At this point I just would like this complaint on record and I unfortunately will not be able to recommend this company going forward.  I am quite surprised that Mr. [redacted] would loose a customer along with many more potential customers over a miscommunication and such small money.
