I don't know if this Mini Moxie is a scam, but I placed an order in March, after many e-mails I was informed in June that the item was shipped via USPS, this item was never delivered. Was informed by Mini Moxie (Beth S[redacted]) that the USPS is sometime finicky about their shipments. Does this sound strange. Have e-mailed and I continue to e-mail, but no response. Please be careful when ordering from this web site.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
Based on the shop owner policies, my order should have been shipped in November (since I ordered the product in Sept 2014).  However, no communication was provided on delay times, nor were any responses to emails that I sent received, other than automated emails providing shop policies.  Shipping notification was sent out in mid January which is 4 months turnaround time (more than double what is stated in shop policy).  Seller did not communicate any delays in supply availability.  Given that the items being sold are based on age and size of babies/toddlers, she should be communicating more effectively with her customers and selling only what can be produced according to her own shop policies.  Products are ordered based on size which is time-sensitive when you are ordering an item for an infant.  Not only does communication not take place, the seller deletes any negative or inquiring comments made in her instagram account (related to ship dates).  I do not make these comments to be rude or mean, but to encourage you to improve your business practices if you mean to continue selling your products.  It is very discouraging and frustrating to have to wait and not receive responses from a seller.  That is why a complaint to Revdex.com was submitted.

Buyer fully refunded.  Policies clearly state minimoxie is not responsible for lost international shipments.
