Mini of Pittsburgh

Review: We recently bought a 2012 Mini Cooper at Mini Of Pittsburgh. We took the day off to make the two hour drive, as everything was supposed to be ready to go, all we had to do is come down and get it. We spent over four hours there, as they acted like they were not expecting us. We were told several people called off there, etc. We shrugged it off, as we had our hearts set on a Mini. It was like trying to twist their arm to get them to take a check for the full $21k, paid in full. As we were finally leaving with the car, the salesman, "[redacted]" said we'd be receiving a survey, and pleaded for us to give him all tens on it, as they are judged harshly by Mini. We never received the welcome package, the touch up paint, etc. I left a rather curt message, saying how I was disappointed considering I had given him all tens on the survey. A recurring theme with them is that they have called numerous times, sent letters, etc. Anyhow, the owner himself of Mini Of Pittsburgh, [redacted] called my girlfriend yesterday, [redacted], and demanded payment or he was seeking legal action. It is going on a year that we've had the car, we have the title, her check cleared, we were dumbfounded. He again claimed numerous letters had been sent, repeated calls. It is amazing how certain communication however like his call yesterday came right thru. He made her call "[redacted]" down there, and she was even more rude, demanding we provide this and that from our bank. We refused to provide anything, considering her check cleared and we had the title. All we got in the form of an apology was "it must be on our end then, click" This is unacceptable. It is a BMW franchise for pete's sake not some fly by night used auto sales. The whole experience has been a nightmare. Even while trying to contact them, their service email is suspiciously not a legitimate email address, and keeps kicking my mail back. I want to warn ANYONE who is contemplating going to this place to stay away. The owner, imagine, and not even an apology.Desired Settlement: would like a call placed to them so someone else does not endure the same treatment
