Review: I have been with this storage place since 2010. I have never been late. About 3 weeks ago the manager called me to tell me I had been under paying, but after the convo, she realized I had been over paying and decided to credit my acct. Upon me making my monthly payment it only allowed me to make an $8 payment. I thought that was what the acct was credited to. Two weeks later, I get a text stating that I was delinquent in my acct. I emailed the business and was told that I paid my bill before the actual bill had a chance to post online. I've never had an issue. I explained that I would pay Friday 7/24, and they told me that I would have a late fee and they couldn't waive it. Firstly, I paid my bill just like it was stated on the acct, and it was on time. Also, they can't waive the fee for their error? Normally I would overlook something like this, but several months ago, I went to remove some furniture and realized the unit next to mine had the wall busted down and repaired. This left my unit a mess and my furniture was damaged. I notified them on several occasion, and they never did anything about it. Very unprofessional business on many levels. I had to tell them three times to update my information. But I should have been notified of any damage to my unit. And now they make an error and I'm having to have a late payment on my account and a late fee on top of my unit being a mess with damage furniture. This needs to be resolved ASAP.Desired Settlement: I want my late fee credited, as I've never been late, and I paid what the online acct asked me to. And I want my unit cleaned and any damage done to my furniture repaired. Some of those tables in my unit were my deceased grandmothers. I don't want to move units as that will be a huge cost to me as well. If I have to due to this, I would want my moving costs reimbursed as well. Three years, never late, never an issue, until the damage and this one payment.
