I financed vehicle few weeks ago and It was 2017 demo car(2017 *** s)
Warranty was 4 year/80,000 and when I try to make a deal with sales person says she would try to change the date for warranty because warranty already started 2016 november. I requested if they could change the date from as of I purchase the vehicle. After that I never heard of anything about warranty. A week after I went to pick up my car and they said they can't do anything about the warranty because *** change the warranty policy. The deal I made was included with that issue and if they say they can't do anything with that then it's different contract than what I discussed. I was hoping that manager could call me and give me notice on that matter but I never met or spoke to the manager. I felt so bad about it.

Finish the job I wish they would keep their words and finish their job done(4 year/ 80,000 as of the date I financed) or I would like to get equivalent amount of store credit.
This consumer wanted to save additional money on the purchase of a vehicle and selected to buy a demo model. All demo models have been used by the company in some form which is why the warranty date would have started would have started when the vehicle was first placed into service. This consumer was also advised that we can not alter the warranty date to reflect their purchase date unless they want to purchase a brand new vehicle. All of this information was presented to the consumer prior to taking delivery of the product. If this was an issue, they should've brought it up with the management team and cancelled their purchase or considered purchasing an extended warranty with the money they saved from purchasing a demo. An extended warranty was in fact offered to the consumer but they declined.
