What can I say....positive, honest, reliable, quick, accommodating...there are not enough words to describe this company After hearing so many negative reviews about junk removal companies and bin rentals from the media and neighbours I was very nervous to get a bin for our home renovation projectI had no positive recommendations from anyone I knew so I trusted my instinct just by looking at online reviews and their website I need not have worried....I called on a late Friday afternoon needing a bin asap and come Saturday it was sitting in our driveway MiniBins even pro-rated the cost of rental because they did not have the size we neededThe driver placed it within mm's of where we wanted itHe told us to just call MiniBins once we were finished with our renovationsIf we needed an extra day...no worries The billing was extremely honest.......and as expected...no funny business whatsoeverSo refreshing to still find a hard working, honest, reliable company these daysI highly recommend MiniBins

We just completed a rubbish removal/cleanup job and ordered a yard bin for mixed materials To my surprise we had it filled in hours and realized we needed another to finish the projectIts rare for a company to be able to pull a driver to return and empty the bin the same day but they did it and we completed the project in one dayThe biggest fear with these firms is not knowing what the scale reads and if you are going to get overcharged for more than what you loaded, mini bins provided an invoice with both bin weights to the 1/of a tonneI will not hesitate to use them in the future for all my waste removal needs

Very good customer serviceThey were able to handle orders placed at the end of the day for the next day even during a busy seasonTheir pricing was straightforward so it was easy to estimate costsOnce, when I placed an order, I wasn't clear enough about the pick up time and the bin was picked up earlier than I expectedWhen I called Minibins they sent another bin back very quickly even though this was at the end of their business day

The customer service I received with this company was exceptional. The staff was very knowledgeable and eager to help. Dealing with the administration side was also very nice. Julie was very friendly, courteous and so helpful. I would recommend this service to anyone needing household material removal. 5 out of 5 stars.

MiniBins even pro-rated the cost of rental because they did not have the size we needed. The driver placed it within mm's of where we wanted it. He told us to just call MiniBins once we were finished with our renovations. If we needed an extra day...no worries.
