I've had nothing but great experiences with Medtronic Diabetes! They are so quick to find solutions and are always there to help Nearly all of the representatives I've dealt with in my years since using their products have been incredibly easy to work with

In my opinion, Medtronic's customer service team (order entry and shipping) is inconsistent, incompetent, and untrained. I believe they are inconsistent because they have gone for years shipping a new order the same or next business day after the order was placed but recently and the time before took 2 weeks to ship, but an order that was placed between those 2 was shipped the next day.
I believe they are incompetent because they recently blamed their failure to ship an order (3 items) saying they have 2 weeks to ship but on 12/28/15 their customer service recorder (while on hold) says if you place a new order today they will try to ship your order by the end of the year on/before 12/31/2015 in order to get it on your 2015 insurance.
In addition, they said 1 item on the order had an expired prescription but when I questioned as to how one item had an expired prescription but the other 2 did not given the initial prescription covered all 3 items and all 3 items were ordered as a set they couldn't adequately explain, in my opinion, why or how the prescription got out of sync.
I question their training because they did not ship the other 2 items that were needed that did not a have prescription issue.
However, their Technical Support has always gone above and beyond to make sure my questions were answered completely. They also replaced faulty equipment the next day.
