Placing Order, on Friday April 22,I called on that following Monday April 25th due to shipping been one day delivery The representative Lisa answer the phone in a rude mannerShe then proceeds to tell me that my order had been canceledI told her why didn't I receive the email, stating the canceled orderLisa (aka billing manager ) told me she didn't know but that they couldn't do anythingSo I ask her if I place the same order when will I get my item shipped out? Lisa said that I don't know Billing is closedBut she was the sale/ billing manger! So I placed another orderAbout a hour later a family member that had placed a order that same Friday, called to check her orderJust so happen, I was on the phone with a man in that family member house talking to himHe had me on speaker we were Engaging in our own conversationWhile the female was talking to Lisa about her orderThe female told me something about my order that Lisa had mention to her about her own"(My items was out of stock)"
While me and the man was on the phone Lisa was listen to our conversationAnd then said to the Female that she was going to Cancle out my order which I don't know whyThey hung the phone upI ask him what was going on he said I don't know what happenSo I proceed to call minipocketrockets.com back to question what had just happenLisa told me that she had Cancled my order! I ask her why and she told me it was a billing issueWhich was a lieI have a business account and we order from numerous companiesShe then stated that she had heard a conversation I was takin on the phone with and that she refuse to give me businessFirst off whatever I said on the phone to the gentleman was between me & himNot towards her or concerning herAnd that is not business like to take it apon your own judgment to assume or but in on someone else conversationsShe was on the phone with the female about her order not mineSo I was really confuse how she canceled out my orderThat's not how you conduct business nor how you keep your customersOnce there is a negative strike against youPeople don't wanna do business with youBEWARE THEY DONT SEND YOU EMAILS ON CANCLED ORDERS, DELIVERY STATUS, AND THE DELIVERY IS NOT SHIPPED OUT IN 24HRS LIKE THEY SAYThere customer service & billing needs a improvement!!

This company has very bad business! I wanted to cancel an order and this was the response I received
We understand that you are considering contacting your Credit Card Company and opening a dispute on the charges Before you proceed, we would like to be upfront with you on what a dispute entails
When we receive paperwork that you are doing a dispute, we have our team fight that dispute with data and evidence on why we feel that your case is not valid Without going into detail, just know that our win rate on disputes is extremely high And if we do win (which is the vast majority of the time), that "Temp Credit" you received will be reversed and the charge will be taken out again And by the time the case settles in our favor (usually within months from dispute date), the return window (days) and our limited warranty period (days) is usually passed, and we can no longer help you
Now, if you are in the minority and actually do win your dispute, you will still be beyond the warranty period, so we will not be able to help you But it is not over at that point We work with a very effective Collections Agency which we forward all of your personal information to They will then research your background and use their methods to help collect funds which we feel are rightfully due to us, if applicable The methods they use, we have no control over, since we contract those cases out We can tell you, however, that their methods have shown huge success rates in a very short period of time For more information on their collections methods and the consequences, you will have to contact them directly when they correspond with you
Also, if you file the Dispute with your Credit Card Issuing Bank, they will require you to fill out and sign paperwork, which will be legally binding
(1) If you choose to state that the charge was somehow Unauthorized, we will also be pursuing Criminal and Legal Actions against the Cardholder With our data collection from the order, we are very likely able to prove that the order was placed by the Cardholder (via personal information, IP Address, Computer Identity, etc) and this case will be considered Federal Mail Order Fraud, which carries a severe monetary fine along with possible prison time, if convicted
(2) If you choose to state that the item(s) you received from us is Defective, we will present our Warranty / Return / Terms of Service / Company Policy along with our Sample RMA Form for our customers If you will take the time to re-read our Warranty Policy, you will see that we are willing to rectify any situation free of charge to the customer, as long as the customer follows our proper procedure and within the stated timeframesWe may elect to send out free replacement parts [i.ea windshield or fairing that cracked during shipping] to resolve the issueAny part deemed to be a manufacturer defect [as opposed to user error], we will also replace free of chargeIf you haven't returned the item to us [and presented a tracking number and proof of delivery as evidence] and proceed with the dispute, we will refer to the F.T.Cand Credit Card guidelines that basically states that the consumer will NOT win a dispute based on "their word" alone The item must be returned so that we may inspect and verify the customer's claim(s)The shipping charge of returning the item is to be settled between Merchant and Consumer There are NO laws that require the Merchant to pay the return shipping charges In other words, if you do a dispute based on the item being Defective while still having the item in your possession, you are basing your claims without any evidence, since nobody can verify your claim(s) We treat un-returned item disputes that are based on the reason code of Defective as THEFTIf the total amount is over $500, it is a Felony, as that crime is now upgraded to GRAND THEFT Totals under the $threshold are treated as misdemeanors, though it can be upgraded to Mail Fraud, which is a Federal Crime if we choose to pursue the matter

I purchased a bike from this company as well as safety gear and the bike showed up damaged and the gear was not the size I needed was told I could send the items back which weren't the right size items and was told ID be charged a 25% restocking fee and some items never showed when I called was told they were back ordered so I asked if I could just cancle the item and was told yes but there is a 25% restocking fee and also that I would have to pay shipping cost as well in there guarantee it states if your not 100% happy they will refund you your money and when your not happy they don't stick to there guarantee they come at you will all kinds of charges I wouldn't order threw them the hassle isn't worth it I'm a hard working low income mom with kids and to be treated with as much disrespect isn't acceptable

I recently purchased a four wheeler for my sons birthday through Minipocketrockets.com. Two days later I received a phone stating the one I selected for him was out of stock. There wasn't any indication on the website of this being out of stock but, nonetheless I decided to upgrade him and I chose another one. This was done a weeks and a half before his birthday. Judging by their website saying "usually ships in one day" I figured it would still make it in time. Now it's two weeks later and I have yet to receive his birthday gift which has now, come and gone. I'm very disappointed by the misleading information posted on their website.
