Review: Hello, We are a company based in DR Congo in the capital Kinshasa. We have placed an order with Minisfoods, Virginia to supply us frozen Turkey Tails, 25tons and we paid an advance of around USD12600in the month of March 2013. After receiving this advance payment we have not heard from this supplier and only there was reasons and excuses giving all sorts of vague answers. Finally we send an official letter saying that we are cancelling the order and asked for a refund. Till date we have not received any info from this client. How can you help me.
