Review: This company Ministry Financial Services offered loans to people with bad credit. I [redacted] was approved for a $5000.00 loan , the process began and contract was signed on 9/**. Once I was approved and the company received the contract they called back and stated that I needed to purchase a Insurance policy for $450.00 and these monies needed to be sent by Western Union. I did this, upon receipt and confirmation Minister Financial Services did receive the monies I did not hear from them , no loan was ever deposited into my account. After waiting over 10 days I called and was told due to my credit the finance dept now stated that I needed to pay an additional $484.00 which was 4 months of payments upfront to get the loan deposited, after being very upset however staying professional [redacted] advised me that they would refund the 450.00 for the insurance policy upon the deposit of my loan making total deposit 5450.00. and I would need to send is another $ 450.00. I did send them and additional $450.00 based on that agreement and no more monies would be needed upfront to receive this loan. On 9/** at 259pm. I was told the monies was confirmed and the load was deposited into my account . This was a Thursday, No monies were ever sent to my credit union. I waited until 9/** and called Minister Financial Services as well as emailed. At that time I was told that the contract that I sent back on 9/** had a different routing number and account number than what I had sent them . That they had deposited the monies in someone else account and that it would be 10 business days before they would know what could be done , I have this in writing as well, however they turned around and offered if I needed my loan that day that I could pay another 300.00 or more to have them Western Union the monies to me , Upon telling them that I was not paying any more monies out of pocket for a loan that I had never gotten they began giving me the run around, no supervisors to speak with. After several phone calls and emails with the original contract attached to show there was nothing unclear or illegible on it, I was told that I could get a refund of my $900.00 however it would be 7 - 30 business days before that would happen, I began to question why that was and they [redacted] stated that was on the contract well indeed it is however Minister Financial Services did not meet any end of there contract. As of 10/* I called the company back and asked the status of my account , and was told it was sent to Refund Dept however there is no direct line for me to call no ext. for me to ask for and someone would call me back today, per [redacted] there would be a [redacted] calling me . I have spoken and emailed several different people withhin this company , [redacted], [redacted], [redacted], [redacted], and several others who failed to hold up the companies end of the contract , only did they try to get more monies sent to the company.Desired Settlement: I would like to have my refund of $900.00 sent to me they way I sent to them by Western Union at there expenses as it was my expense to send to them, I do not feel I should be held accountable for a contract that they did not meet any standard on. At this point if they mailed me a check I would feel that it would bounce. I would also like this done within 7 days , I feel this is acceptable to ensure I get all of my $900.00 back without any further delays or issues

Review: I applied for a loan and was approved, I was told that due to my poor credit history I would need to pay $450.00 for insurance on the loan which I paid, I was turned down from the loan and was told I would get a refund. SO THEN I WAS TOLD THAT THE MONEY DID NOT PROCESS THROUGH IN MY ACCOUNT AND A CHECK WOULD BE SENT TO ME IN 3 DAYS. I HAVE BEEN CALLING THE PERSON HANDLING THIS NAME [redacted] AND NOW WHEN I CALL SHE WILL NOT EVEN ANSWER THE PHONE. I $300.00 TO A PERSON NAME [redacted] IN JAMAICA FOR INSURANCE AND THEN I SENT ANOTHER $300.00 TO [redacted] FOR 3 MONTHS PAYMENT IN ADVANCE PLUS COST OF [redacted] WHICH TOTALED $23.98. THEN I WAS TOLD THE MONEY WOULD BE IN MY ACCOUNT THE SAME DAY OR WITHIN 24 HOURS. NO MONEY WAS IN MY ACCOUNT AND TOLD THEY HAD PROBLEMS PROCESSING IT INTO MY ACCOUNT. SO THEY WOULD BE SENDING ME A CHECK WITHIN 3 DAYS WELL TODAY I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED A CHECK AND NOW I AM GETTING REALLY ANGRY BECAUSE IT SEEMS LIKE [redacted] IS A BIG [redacted] AND THIS COMPANY IS FULL OF SCAMMERS. WHEN YOU CALL ALL YOU RECEIVE IS RECORDINGS AND NO ONE RETURNS ANY OF YOUR MESSAGES .Desired Settlement: I JUST WANT A REFUND OF $623.98 THAT I INVESTED TO GET THE LOAN REFUNDED TO ME AND THEN IT WOULD BE EVEN. Review: I applied for a 9000 dollar loan thru this company and they said in order to do this I will have to pay a 900 insurance policy thru them. so I went to the westeren union and paid the 900 and called them to comfer that they received it and they did. then they are wanting the first 2 and a half payments up from total of 600 dollars. so again I went to the western union and paid the 600 dollars. and still to this day have not received my 9000 dollar loan. just wanting this settled and I would like to get all the money that I have in this back.Desired Settlement: 900 + 600 + 36 + 176 the 36 and 176 are the cost of the western union that I sent them and I think they should have to give me the cost of that back as well.

Review: They contacted me said approved for a large amount loan. Was ask to send amount of money for insurance we did and nothing. Almost a month later still nothing. I would like my money back plus hardship during this time. They are not a trusted place and need to be shut down. They have all my info and I have nothing. Seeking a lawyer. Review: on 9/**/13 I got approved for a $5000 secured loan. I was told that since it was secured I had to send them $450 then my funds will be release to my account. two days later I still didn't receive my $5000. Well I was told because of my credit I will have to pay 3 loan payments in advanced. I told them no to send me back my $450, and they kept giving me the run around for my $450 refund. I threaten them wit my lawyers and that didn't work. They kept telling me my refund will be here in 15 days and when 15 days came I still never received it and this kept going until they told me to call [redacted] like a month later. Well I talked to him and he told me it will be like 6 weeks before I will receive my money. once the 6 weeks was up I called him about my money and he said that it was never in the system for me to get a refund. He kept telling me that if I pay $420 I will be able to get my money. Well I paid the $420 plus the $25 to send it western union on nov. **, 2013 and [redacted] told me that I will receive my money on nov. **, 2013 due to I paid for the next day mail service. When I didn't receive it that Friday I called Monday and he said it was mailed out on nov.**, 2013 that I should get it between dec. **or the **( Tuesday or Wednesday ). Well wen dec. **arrived and I still didn't receive my check I kept calling that dec 4 leaving messages and he wouldn't return my call. so on dec. **I left a couple of messages then he finally returned my call saying due to the holiday that's coming up the mail is running behind. well its dec. * and I still haven't received my check for $5000 yet. I feel like this company is giving me the runn around and I still have all my paper work from when I sent them the $450 and the $420. Either I want my $870 asap or I want my check for $5000 asap. im tired of him giving me the run around.Desired Settlement: either I want my $870 which is the refund or my loan amount for $5000.

Review: I applied for a loan and was told that I had gotten the loan but had to pay a $500.00 filing fee. After doing so the money was never paid to me, I was told after I paid them that I did not qualify for the loan.

I contacted them numerous times and they finally told me that I would get a refund. I was then told that the refund was mailed to me and after 5days it did not arrive

I have contacted them again on different occasions and they just say they will call me back and never do.Desired Settlement: All I want is my $500.00 paid back to me. I do feel this is a scam and may not get it but I want to try.

Review: Was offered a $7000 loan. I was told I had 4 options to receive the loan cosigner, car for collateral, $650 insurance purchase for half of the loan life or $700 purchase of insurance for the entire loan life.

I chose option 3 and was emailed a contract to sign and fax back, which I did. I was then told to [redacted] my payment and my loan would be processed in 2 hours.

When I didn't receive the loan in 2 hours I called back and was told it may take 24 hrs.

A day went by and I called back. I was then told there was a red flag when they ran my credit and I needed to pay 4 months payment in advance ($677). I then again [redacted] them $612 as they waived the $65 sending fee..

Again I was told 2 hours before I should receive my loan... a day went by and still nothing.

When I called back I was asked for my acct and routing #. When I gave it to them they said there was a problem when the fax came in and the #s were distorted.

They said give it 2 more hours. I've called back numerous times within a week, and was told give it time. When I finally started getting irrate I was told they couldn't process the loan into my acct.

I gave them a different acct to put it in, and never received any news or anything..

When I called back I was put on hold for 20 to 30 minutes tried calling back repeatedly and no one answered..

They have contacted me with 2 different numbers

Review: I was looking for a automobile loan online and found www.[redacted].com. I filled out an application and was approved but because of my credit they told me I had to pay $500 for an insurance policy in case something happened and I couldn't make payments. I western unioned the money. Then, they told me something came up and they needed another $500 to cover the first 4 months payment on the loan. After I sent the money, they will not talk me or return my e-mails. I've spoken to a "[redacted]" and he gave me the run around but now won't speak to me. Then sent me to "[redacted]" who also won't speak to me or return e-mails. They won't even issue a refund. The whole whole

"company" will not speak to me now that they have my $1000. I don't know what else to do.Desired Settlement: I want my money back and these scammer's put out of business

Review: I was called by this company and told I was approved for a 5,000 dollar loan but needed a 500.00 down payment which I sent to them by western union 2 months ago. They never wired any money into my bank account and after a week or so of trying to reach them by phone they told me I had to pay an additional 4 or 500.00 to get the loan which was 4 or 5 months worth of monthly pymts in advance. I wasnt giving them any more money and they said they would be mailing me my 500.00 deposit back and would have it within 7 to 14 days. Its been almost 2 months of phone calls and promises and still no money back, sometimes calling them 3 or more times a day. The last statement was they sent it certified mail and would have it by Friday the [redacted] of Oct. Its now Thursday the [redacted] of Oct still no money. Called them repeatedly and they either dont call me back or when they ask me to call its goes to a voice mail thats full.

Review: I sent over 600 dollars for a secured loan from this company minister financial & have not received my loan. I just get a bunch of lies & excuses from the people I have talked to there about why I have not received it, from they could not red the account number on the fax so the money went to another account so I had to wait 15 to 30 days for it to clear the bank before they could direct deposit again so then they said they would send me a & I have been dealing with these people for over a month now & still no check, when the told me it was sent out. I think I have been scammed!Desired Settlement: I want the loan that I paid for!
