We called our Pediatrician at Ministry St. Michael's regarding our child's skin. Some bumps have formed. They asked if we could come in for a visit. We made an appointment and all they did was tell us to go see a Dermatologist. We described exactly what was happening over the phone prior to the appointment; they could have easily refereed us over the phone, no appointment necessary. Instead, they had us make an appointment so that they could charge us the fees and make some easy money for their practice. An honest Pediatrician would have listed to our description of the issue and immediately refereed us to a specialist over the phone. Instead, this one preferred to waste our time and money. We are switching to a Pediatrician that we can trust and staying away from Ministry.
