The loan for $8,was originated in October 2016, with simple month amortization schedule. The history of the loan indicates that the proper payoff was received and the loan is paid in full and closed. I am attaching the loan history to support the payment activity on the loan

I know what my payment history is my problem is the fact that the payoff that was quoted 2different amounts and that's a problem and to be told that I heard wrong is a insult to me I wrote down the amount because I wanted to be accurate with the amount I sent and when I called back it was a totally different amount I am disgusted by your practice and when I asked you to go back and look at the call log it seemed to be a problem because no one would do it the amount that was readied to the balance was for insurance that I had
