customers are responsible for their state taxes when they go to register their vehicle at their DMV. Please close complaint

I will get the windshield fixed, but as far as him saying he is going to help us and then when the deal is done and turn around and say I didn't say that is very unfair, I just don't understand, I think he said that just so we would sign the papers, I will stop in when I get the windshield fixed to be face to face with him, I want answers and I will record everything, this is not over, ?
