After looking over the
laws of privacy we have come to the conclusionthat ***'s automotive is in violation of the Privacy ACTWhen he invoiced our company ***'s Automotive shared and allowed *** *** to pay our Invoice without consent or permission from A.H Company nor did we give consent and we did not agree *** *** rememburse for making the payment.Also the invoice submitted by ***'s Automotive never had a actual due attach is a copy of the invoice.If this complaint continues we will seek legal action against ***'s Automotive for Privacy Violation and *** *** for impersonating herself as an employee of A.H Company to pay the invoice Adika ***

the customer is upset because we won't move on her timeline. We let her use her friends shop to do repairs even thought we knew they were going to over charge us.We are not refunding her for services that would not be fair. And she posted online that we are scamming...

I am rejecting this response because:The invoice MN Car Detailing attached shows in the print at the bottom that payment was due on the day of service, 12/21: "It is also understood that FULL payment for repairs is due upon release." So, it is not true that the invoice did not include a due dateThe due date (date of service, 12/21) was also communicated in the text messages I sent to Mr[redacted], previously attachedThe Auto Body Shop released the vehicle in good faith that the invoice would be paid "soon" (although a firm date was never provided from MN Car Detailing), and I nor the Auto Body Shop has been able to reach them via phone or text or email since, which is why this complaint was submitted through the Revdex.com to try to resolve the outstanding payment for the damages caused by them
Ms[redacted] has received legal counsel confirming that Mr[redacted] has made claims regarding violation of the supposed "Privacy ACT." If MN Car Detailing is claiming that the invoice
was theirs, then they acknowledge that the invoice is supposed to be properly billed
to them, and also acknowledge their responsibility for the underlying claim for damage
to Ms[redacted]' car radio/stereo
Secondly, the invoice is not MN Car Detailing's "protected information" –
Ms[redacted]' car was brought to the Auto Body shop by Ms[redacted] alone, and an
estimate for repair was requested by Ms[redacted] aloneMs[redacted] then was the
sole person who could give authorization for repair to her vehicleWe are unclear on what particular "privacy laws" apply to the invoice – although there
are privacy laws protecting items such as health information (HIPAA), financial
information (GLBA, FCRA), etc., we can see no privacy law which would apply to
the current situation where a business transmits an estimate and invoice for
repair of a customer's property directly to the customer with the customer's
authorization.It is unfortunate that the submission of a complaint to the Revdex.com has only further escalated the situation where MN Car Detailing is making unfounded threats of legal action against me, instead of simply following through with fair payment for the damages clearly caused (and admitted to) by themI was hoping to reach a fair resolution with MN Car Detailing, but it is clear that they are only interested in pointing fingers and are not willing to take responsibility for their damages and make the situation right by providing long overdue payment since 12/With this in mind, I will be requesting that we close out this communication through the Revdex.com as unresolved and leave it at that since this has not been productive
