9/2016- Huebsch commercial washer #*** failed to run normal wash cycle. Time does not go down, machine failed to proceed spin cycle, water does not drain. Service request made to MN chemical to assist troubleshoot machine. (machine purchased & installed by MN chemical)
10/2016- Mn chemical responded to request, sent technician. Tech diagnosed washer had faulty computer board and required replacement. Tech responded will return on later date to complete repair. All parts and invoices paid full.
11/14/2016- Tech returned, replaced new computer board in washer. Machine still did not work. Tech responded need to replace key coin pad. Tech installed new key coin pad, contacted manufacturer to assist set vend price. Present on site as Tech tested for proper function, machine failed to function properly. Tech responded will return at later date to troubleshoot. Parts billed.
2/2017- Disputed service and parts bill with MN Chemical Manager. Agreement made, Manager to troubleshoot machine, provide full diagnostic free of charge on later date.
2/13/2017- Manager completed diagnosis, found out machine had bad door lock coil. Manager will return at later date to complete repair.
2/20/2017- Manager returned, replaced door lock harness, tested machine. Machine still failed to function properly. Manager responded will return at later date to finish full repair.
2/22/2017- Manager returned, replaced drain valve, tested machine. Manager responded via phone call machine was working properly due to my being off-site. Upon return, machine was still running cycle, timer did not go down, did not proceed to next cycle. Contacted Manager regarding work done and that machine is still not working. No response since.
5/2017- Attempted to resolve repair and billing disputes. No response.
6/5/2017- Letter sent via postal mail regarding billing and service dispute. No response.
