that was Turned off. This account is one of multiple accounts that a landlord owns. The supervisor called Mr. [redacted] and left him a voice mail apologizing for the mishap and stating we will reimburse him the $142.50 he was charged from the heating dealer. The supervisor also left Mr. [redacted] his office number to call if he had any questions.

I feel after speaking with the supervisor, that we have both came to an agreement that is mutually agreeable to both parties. And I appreciate his quick action in dealing with this issue and I thank the Revdex.com for helping me solve this so amicably.

The meter was stuck somewhere between 2/14/17 -3/14/17 when the meter was read. The meter was not stuck beginning 2/14/14.  Since there was still usage showing (57 ccfs) a zero use flag was not issued. After it was read again on 4/12/17 that is when the zero use was noticed. An...

investigate read was submitted on 4/24/17. Meter was exchanged on 5/4/17. Yes the customer owes on the account for amount he was billed.DEAD METER [redacted]- applied $129.26 adjustment for 188.9 therms from 2/14/17-5/4/17; 79 day period. Meter was exchanged 5/4/17. Usage was calculated based on past history, current usage and temperatures. Billed 105.2 therms from 2/14/17-3/14/17 for $72; 58.2 therms from 3/15/17-4/12/17 for $38.66 and 25.5 therms from 4/13/17-5/4/17 for $18.60. Per our tariff with the MN PUC: In Section 8.2.E.6.c, the tariff reads “When the average error cannot be determined by test because the meter is not found to register or is found to register intermittently, Company may charge for an estimated amount of gas used but in no event shall such a charge be for a period longer that one (1) year.”
