I am rejecting this response because:Everything this Jessica said was an outright LIE and Minnesota First does not seem to be concerned that she took personal info and then abruptly left the companyWhether or not she pulled a credit bureau report isn't the issue, it is that she accessed personal information and then abruptly left the company and lied to everyone saying she spoke with meThe fact that she left the company the SAME DAY hours after she took all my personal information, concerns me greatly! And Minnesota First should have had enough integrity to follow up with me to make sure she did her job properly after having the employee who did all this quit the same day she took the loan app over the phoneAbsolutely terrible customer service on the part of Minnesota First, zero integrityI am disgusted that they would reject an application based on where I liveI am more than capable of driving to their business to do any paperwork etc but was never given a chance to do so

The information taken as part of the application is information that is taken anytime you apply for credit. That information is safeguarded within our company through privacy and confidentiality agreements. We understand that you are willing to drive to sign the paperwork, but we are unable to make an exception for you. You are out of our lending area and we are unable to do a loan for you

We received an internet application from Ms. [redacted] on June 28, 2017.  An employee in our Red Wing office (Jessica) contacted Ms. [redacted] and took a more complete application over the phone.  We receive limited information in internet applications to protect customer privacy over the...

internet.  Jessica then took the application to her supervisor who informed her that we could not approve the loan because Ms. [redacted] lived over an hour from our Red Wing office.  Loans over that limit are considered outside of our lending area.  A credit bureau was not pulled on Ms. [redacted] as her being outside the area was caught before credit was pulled.  Jessica was a new employee and must have forgot about that policy before calling Ms. [redacted].  Jessica left employment with us on June 28, 2017 before the end of the work day.  Unfortunately, she did not call Ms. [redacted] back prior to her departure.  When we cleaned out Jessica's office, the application was located with a note that she had called and spoke with Ms. [redacted] regarding the confusion with her being outside the lending area.  Therefore, the other employees in the office did not place another call to Ms. [redacted].  We apologize for Ms. [redacted] not being told at the beginning that we could not do a loan for her based on her location and that she did not receive a call back as promised.  This is definitely not the way we conduct business.  It is unfortunate that she was talking to Jessica at the time that she unexpectably left employment with us.

I have talked to Mr. [redacted] several times regarding his complaint since receiving it.  His loans have been added to report to Transunion credit bureau per his request.  We have an appointment set up on December 26th to review his account history for each loan account and answer any...
