I acknowledge that Minnesota Gastroenterology (MNG) believes all of the medical services provided were reasonable, appropriate and met the standard of care, however, the facts do not support that.MNG has defined that level of care, in writing and verbally, as consisting of a test taken 4 hrs later to rule out pancreatitis. This test does not exist, and MNG continues to falsify information to that end.MNG has repeatedly lied as to the extent of my care. This is supported by written and verbal responses from MNG, and my medical record, all of which can be provided.Transcript of VM:“Hi this message is for [redacted], this is Sarah calling from Minnesota Gastrology, .... looked into this again and found that we did recheck lipase levels four hours after that initial test, um, which then did come back normal so, um, I think at this point maybe your best option would be to contact Abbott and request those lab records. I know we had talked about that before and I think at that point you hadn’t gotten them yet but, um, I would just recommend maybe reaching out to them to get the lab results which should indicate the secondary testing four hours later that was normal so, um, hopefully that does answer your question, um, I know you had mentioned bringing that forward, um, you know, to someone else. If you still had concerns, which you know, I can completely understand so if that's the route you would like to go ahead and then we can formally respond as well to any request you might get from a third-party, um, kind of verifying all this information, so um, at any rate if you do have any further questions ...”I believe that the Revdex.com is a proper and competent venue to resolve issues of businesses lying to consumers, medically related or not. This is not simply a medical issue, but an ethical issue, of trust repeatedly violated through neglect, misinformation, and outright untruths. I would appreciate the Bureau's continued support in resolving this matter.
