To whom it may concern:
The purchase was made July 19, 2013 from both [redacted] and [redacted]. The system they bought was 1 Majestic surface cleaner (M11NA) and 1 Defender air cleaner (D11NA). The 2 units they ordered were...

delivered at the time of the purchase. The sale price for the system was $2898 plus tax for a total of 3126.22. The sales price, tax, down payment, amount financed, total of payments, interest rate, number of payments, amount of each payment, serial numbers, and cancellation procedure is on the signed retail installment contract. Preferred Credit also has a recorded verification call to make sure the customer understands all the terms at the time of the purchase. I have attached a copy of the signed retail installment contract that explains everything in detail. The paperwork shows the correct package with serial numbers was delivered and the price was $2898 plus tax. All cancellations as spelled out on the contract are mailed or delivered to Minnesota Health Systems to eliminate unreturned phone calls. Like I stated I told [redacted] we changed our minds and that would have been within the 3 day return guidelines. When I call Heath Systems they did the same in promising to return calls but never followed up. The staff of health systems that I spoke with stated the return policy and said [redacted] should have review that with me and I told him he didn't, but I texted him the next day so shouldn't that count? He said he was going to try and reach [redacted] and get back to me. This delay tactic seems institutional so they can fall back on a short return policy of 3 days - unheard of in most retail services. The business response never address this delay - never even tries to work with me on the fact that their sales rep was the one who stated that "If I needed anything I'm your guy" so that is who I went to first.
Secondly, while on the phone with his manager [redacted] said the manager said he would throw in 2 additional air cleaners because of the health issues and pets. [redacted] said he would be back the next day. Again, we were told that the vacuum was $1,200 or $1,400 and that we would get a discount with trade in making the price comparable to a Dyson or Oreck. The pricing sheet [redacted] had with him showed a single vac and air cleaner, and I believe up to 6 cleaners - and he was pushing the 3 air cleaners and vac package but we didn't want that, we only wanted the vacuum, so when the offer came about 2 additional cleaners we said we'd give them away. But this is where I believe the final price of 3126.22 came from is them pushing that package.
The business response doesn't not give all the documents - only the single bank agreement - not their pricing chart nor their discount chart. They don't address the other customer service issues in my complain either.

In the original complaint you stated had the carbon copies of the signed paperwork and the brochures.
The following is a copy of how to cancel any purchase. The procedure is printed on all copies including the carbon copies.
Notice of Cancellation 07/19/13
You may cancel this transaction, without any penalty or obligation, within THREE BUSINESS DAYS from the above date.
If you cancel, any property, traded in, any payments made by you under the Contract or Sale, and any negotiable instrument executed by you will be returned within 10 BUSINESS DAYS following the receipt by the Seller of your cancellation notice, and any security interest airing out of the transaction will be canceled.
If you cancel, you must make available to the Seller at your residence in substantially as good condition as when received any goods delivered to you under this Contract or Sale; or you may if you wish, comply with the instructions of the seller regarding the return shipment of the goods at the Seller's expense and risk.
If you do make the goods available to the Seller and the Seller does not pick them up within 20 days of the date of your Notice of Cancellation, you may retain or dispose of the goods without any further obligation. IF you fail to make the goods available to the Seller, or if you agree to return the goods to the Seller and fail to do so, then you remain liable for performance of all obligations under the contract.

As I stated in the previous response all cancellations are done by mail or delivered to our office. "To cancel this transaction, mail or deliver a signed dated copy of the cancellation notice or any other written notice, or send a telegram". To eliminate any problems of "text" messages or phone calls this cancellation procedure eliminates all unnecessary parties.
In regards to the second complaint of not receiving 2 additional air cleaners. If you can provide something in writing from the sales that states this, I will honor the promise.
The 2013 pricing sheet is as follows The Majestic Surface cleaner was $2898 and the Defender air cleaners were $1199. We do offer small discounts for trades and promotions.
In closing, The original complaint was the product price was listed as $1500 and the contract stated $3028. With the document I have included the price is clearly stated. The Right to cancel was never executed under the terms of the contract.
