The cleaning was done today and we have been to the property a couple times last weekThe hold up was that whoever else was also hired to do work at your property took until last Friday to get done with everything, so I am very sorry but, I couldn't send our cleaners out there until they were doneThe trash haul will be done this week if it wasn't already done todayWhen my tech *** was there on Friday he said the painter had a lot of stuff in the garage so I didn't want to send my other techs out there to do a trash haul until I knew everything we were throwing away was garbage

The documentation of the move in and move out condition was uploaded to the tenant portal along with the move out charges for the tenant to review. simply telling us you cleaned everything doesn't automatically get you a full refund. looking...

at the before and after condition there was some cleaning needed specifically the fans and vents (as indicated in the invoice). I will review your file again to see if there was an error. Please send any additional documentation (photos) you may have, we will review these as well.
