I am rejecting this response because: 
I submit my position to the response submitted on the aforementioned complaint number on the attached Word document.

In response to [redacted]'s response... 1. I never stated how hard it was to secure water lines I only stated that call customer need to replace plumbing and it still needed repair an she couldn't afford it. Secondly she never brought the trailer back to me to repair or even see what...

was the problem. So that was her choice and I'm not liable for that repair.  2. I stated that her refrigerator door upper hinge was ovalated an already bad when she brought trailer in for repair. Secondly the refrigerator settings were never changed from the customers settings at time of repair/ removal. The gas line was disconnected at floor under sink and 4 mounting screws from front of fridge an 2 mounting screws in rear, and electrical plug  in was unplugged from outlet. To slide fridge out of opening. In no way was the Thermo cuppler not working correctly my fault. The trailer was sitting all winter before she brought it to me to replace rotten floor and lenoleum.  It's very apparent that [redacted] is trying to get free repairs out of me an I am not to be liable for her repairs.  First because she never even brought it back to me to even see that there was an issue and repair anything that could of possibly been my liability. An as you could see in Facebook conversation I told her to bring it back an I would fix it if it was my responsibility gladly with no issue.  Secondly, the refrigerator issues first of all the hinge being loose in door mounting holes due to customer abuse over time before she even brought it to me. Most important of all none of the repairs or removal of the refrigerator would of been the cause of a faulty thermo coupler. So in closing as stated in my original response this case should be closed and I should not be liable for any repairs she had done without even given me a chance to fix something that she said," I was responsible for!"
