The Company provides the following response to Complaint ID [redacted] in italics below: · -Company states in multiple locations online that discounts cannot be combined· -Specific section patient references did not state that discounts COULD BE combined The section in question simply did not explicitly state they COULD NOT BECompany rectified immediately after complaint to be certain no other similar complaints arise· -Company trains all staff that discounts cannot be combined· -The consumer who filed the complaint is the only patient we are aware of (out of the thousands we serve monthly and receive various discounts from the Company) to file a complaint about combining discounts · -Two separate Company managers have had lengthy discussions with the subject patient totaling over hours, wherein the managers listened to the concerns, and reiterated company policy that discounts are NOT combined· -After lengthy discussions, the patient expressed verbal understanding and agreed that main concern was overall price, not targeting us specifically on this concern· -Patient was aggressive and verbally abusive with staff – both on the phone and in-person · -Patient targeted personal twitter accounts of managers with complaint -Patient targeted Minnesota Department of Health twitter account with unsubstantiated complaint · -Since filing the initial complaint, patient has returned to our facility in RochesterPatient has been verbally rude to staff while in the dispensary on both visits 12/and 1/The staff there became concerned with patient’s rude and aggressive behavior -Company believes we have responded in a professional and compassionate manner to this patient’s concern and does not have any further action planned in this matter Please let me know if you have any questions or if you need me to upload this to the website Regards, Amber [redacted] Chief Financial Officer, Vireo Health [redacted] | Minneapolis, MN ###-###-#### | amber [redacted] @vireohealth.com| vireohealth.com

Company states in multiple locations online that discounts cannot be combined.The consumer who filed the complaint is the only patient we are aware of (out of the thousands we serve monthly and receive various discounts from the Company) to file a complaint about combining discounts. Two separate Company managers (a pharmacist and our Chief Medical Officer) have had lengthy discussions with the subject patient totaling over 2 hours, wherein the managers listened to the concerns, and reiterated company policy that discounts are NOT combined. After lengthy discussions, the patient expressed verbal understanding and agreed that main concern was overall price, not targeting us specifically on this concern.  Patient was aggressive and verbally abusive with staff – both on the phone and in-person.  Since filing the initial complaint, patient has returned to our facility in Rochester. Patient has been verbally rude to staff while in the dispensary on both visits 12/21 and 1/27. The staff there became concerned with patient’s rude and aggressive behavior.We want Revdex.com to be aware that the patient's aggression towards staff reached the point where staff felt that they needed to consider contacting the police to de-escalate the patient's behavior.  This is highly unusual in our experience. Company believes we have responded in a professional and compassionate manner to this patient’s concern and does not have any further action planned in this matter. While we understand that the patient may have been frustrated that he could not combine discounts as he wanted to based on his mis-reading of the web site, we do not think it is productive to engage further with the patient given the safety concerns of our staff.

I am rejecting this response because:
What this business did was false advertising in my opinion. They called me a lier and then changed the website when I was still at the dispensary. This is a legitimate complaint and should be taken very seriously. My 2nd Visit was amazing, the new pharmacist was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She corrected information I received from my first visit and even gave me a discount because of leaking vape pens. Not one argument or disagreement. I was treated professional from start to finish. To have this company Slander me is unacceptable and also a violation of HIPPA.  Please continue with this complaint as it’s legitimate. You may also contact the Department of Health and I can sign a ROI for Revdex.com only to get their take on the situation.
