I am the distribution manager for the Southwest Journal, and am the one responsible for overseeing the delivery of the papersI was just made aware of the Revdex.com complaint todayMy records show the initial do-not-deliver request from this address was made on 9-3-When I get such a request I add
the address to the “Do-Not-Deliver” list for the appropriate route and pass the list on to the carrierSince the initial request, I show the resident has contacted me five times to let me know she received a paper, most recently on 10-31-Her email and my reply are attachedI apologize again for her receiving the paperUsually, a do-not-deliver address getting a paper is an oversight by a new or substitute carrierThis route is currently contracted to a boy scout troopThe leader splits the route among scouts, so the boy delivering that area may not be familiar with itI have told the scout leader that it is a priority to skip this address and that a future mistake will result in the troop losing the routeI told him this prior to the delivery of our last issue, 11-2-I haven’t heard otherwise, so I assume the address was skipped and I hope that will continueMy goal is to never have a do-not-deliver address receive a paperHowever, because we deliver to tens of thousands of houses every two weeks, I can’t guarantee that mistakes won’t be made by carriersBut I can and do pass on residents’ complaints, and replace carriers that don’t correct their mistakesSincerely, Marlo *** Distribution Manager | Minnesota Premier Publications ###-###-####
