In regards to the complaint from ** ***; Being in the area of a university and with the majority of our tenant base being students, the end of August and beginning of September are extremely busy for usDue to the high volume of new tenants moving in we put rental references temporarily on hold for
approximately one weekWhen ** expressed the need for a rental reference, we took the time to accommodateWe answered each question in the rental reference request honestly** did in fact move out late, the residence was still occupied and keys not returned by noon on the last day of the month, a violation of the lease agreement

Any pest issues that the tenant reported to us during tenancy was taken care of, keep in mind that pest issues sometimes require two to three treatment application to fully resolve the problem, which could take up to a few weeks or sometimes longer depending on the level of pest infestation. We have worked with [redacted] during the time when she was behind on rent and she was communicating with us regarding her rent balance all along and informed us that she didn't have the money at the time, hence the eviction action was filled and eventually tenant was evicted from the premises. It was done through the court and in a lawful manner. Through out the eviction process [redacted] had time to come up with the money and stay, but was unable to. The building she lived in is great shape, our maintenance turn around for repair requests are 24-48 hours, unless it is an emergency, then it is attended to immediately. Our main office is only blocks away from the building where [redacted] rented at. We are willing to possibly lower the balance [redacted] owes at this time by 10% if she is able to pay it off in full right away.

Eviction and Late rent: [redacted] was evicted from [redacted] due to non payment of rent in April of 2017, she had a history of late rent payments and eventually was evicted due to a high unpaid rent balance. The eviction was filled rightfully and we will not agree to the Expungement of an...

eviction action. Broken windows Incident: [redacted] told us that the windows where broken by someone she new and was done as retaliation against her because she got into a fight with these people, we quickly responded by boarding up windows and had a window company come out and order and install new windows for her unit. Per our lease a tenant is responsible for her guests and any damage they might do to the building or unit. Utility bill issue: It is tenants responsibility to end the electricity service with electric company after move out, as we have no access to her billing information or her account. If she didn't take her name out of a utility bill right away, she has to call the electric company and give them correct information, we will gladly confirm her move out date with them, but she has to initiate the call as we can not access her account with them. The electric company can call us at ###-###-#### to confirm the move out date.Any maintenance requests that [redacted] brought up to us during her tenancy have been taken care of in a timely fashion. At this time she has an unpaid balance totaling $4,317.75 with us which includes unpaid rent, late fees, eviction fee, sheriff writ fees and damages done to the unit. Management will not agree to any of her requests asides from confirming her move out date with the utility company. We are hoping that [redacted] will start paying off her balance of $4,317.75 as soon as possible.

I am rejecting this I'm requesting a receipt with all the charges made against me also a print out of rent starting from Jan.17th. Can send it to my email [redacted]@gmail.comI would like to clear a statement Mn rental properties had there cleaning men come spray my house one time with a can of raid. I had a stopped up sink for a whole month till a friend came over and snaked it just crazy on all the allegations. I would like my renters rebate forms from 2016-2017 I never told mn rental properties that I didn't have my payment in April because I was in a coma when I spoke with Sergei he said he didn't hear from me and that the sheriff already came he never gave me a chance to pay him anything when the payment was due. I'm just confused on how none of my documents was never took into consideration with my admission dates so basically I was behind with 395$ and all the court fees the damage fees yet you took my deposit and it came to a value of 4000 something dollars.???? Something defiantly not adding up . So question are you saying pay 10percent of the balance or take 10 percent off of the total I supposedly owe.???
