Very poor customer relations with this company. Their website looks as though they do residential work when in reality they mainly do commercial. At first contact they were very hesitant once they learned this was a residential job. When asked about their website's reference to residential I was transferred to a manager of sorts.
With the manager, they were completely in denial about the misleading nature of their site stating that "we will do some residential if we can get our equipment in, but it is very large as we mainly do commercial." When asked about possibly referencing this on their website, they refused and RUDELY stated that they felt it was just fine the way it was and did not feel it was misleading. If this is the way treat they look at residential customers, STAY AWAY!!!
