Minnesota Rusco

Nick Meyers installed our new door and storm door. He arrived on time, worked steadily and was such a perfectionist. We love the door. From the time we entered the show room, everyone was so friendly, told us when someone would be out, when they were going to measure for the door and date to expect it installed. They kept us informed from start to finish and were prompt with everything. Great company, great installer, and we highly recommend them.

John Kerr was the lead installer and I found him to be reliable (arrived at 8am daily until the job was finished), helpful (he saw a couple of things were cockeyed and fixed them without making a big deal of it), neat (the area was cleaned at the end of each day) and very competent. He and his work mate really impressed me. I would definitely use them again.

Had an appointment set-up at the Home and Remodeling show for 3/3 at 2:00 with a very unprofessional employee. Nobody showed or called by 2:35. Called and talked to receptionist and she transferred me. Had to leave a message and called her back. Asked to talk to someone now rather than waiting. She put me on hold a few times and finally said that I was on the schedule, but she didn't know what happened. Told her I didn't want to proceed. Then called by another office and she apologized. Told they tried to call me but didn't have the correct phone number. Questioned her on why I hadn't received an email, and she couldn't explain. After this poor customer service, I ended the phone call.

With the first remodel visit there was a hiccup, they put the new toilet in the main floor bathroom but it should have been in the downstairs bathroom, they did fix that and we got a new toilet at no charge in the downstairs bathroom. The shower head wand was broken and we had to wait for a new one to be ordered, the new shower doors were not in alignment and there was a gap so new doors had to be ordered too. Otherwise, everything went great. The guys were friendly and professional, they explained what was going on and we were fine with it.

On the second visit, everything was perfect. The other parts were ordered correctly and the instalment went great. These guys explained what they were doing too. They were very friendly and professional too. We will definitely use your services again for other jobs we may need.

Today Scott and Sons completed a bathroom remodel for us. The work was very professional, and everyone was friendly and courteous. Thanks for doing the job well and going the extra mile!

Our experience was amazing. Now we have a brand-new vanity, mirror, lighting, toilet and floor. Everything was completed in one day and the clean up when the project was finished was wonderful. Thank you!

I have called and left countless messages with the company of Minnesota Rusco to fix the mold buildup on the tub from the inside of the grout to the outside. The company stated that it was my fault for not cleaning my bathroom. I cannot clean from the inside of the grout of the bathtub without removing it completely. This company redid my whole bathroom and stated that any faults they will fix. THEY REFUSED. DO NOT US THIS COMPANY AT ALL. THEY ARE SCAMS

Minnesota Windows, Sergi and his crew did a wonderful job of putting in 10 windows. They were very professional in all aspects of the job, from covering the floors to vacuuming up any debri after the installing. And as for the installation you could see that the crew has a lot of experience at their trade. The whole job took less than 6 hours and we were very happy and satisfied with the entire process.

We are pleased with our recent cabinet refacing. RKR kept us up to date with when the project would start. Stan was our refinisher and he did an excellent job. He was meticulous and efficient. clean, friendly. We also will be having new back splash installed and RKR has been flexible with us in scheduling a time that works for both parties.

Today, Minnesota Rusco installed a new patio door. Like the windows they installed for us last year the door is high quality and of course beautiful. Unfortunately, I thought I had purchased an additional floor lock but Nick our installer showed me that it wasn't written in the contract. (my fault)

As I commented last year after they replaced all our windows, Minnesota Rusco offers top-quality products, in-house labor (not subcontractors) and they back everything with the best warranty around. Kudos on another fine job, you'll be hearing from us again next year to get our last patio door replaced.

Oh, by the way... that lock I forgot to order? Without asking Nick made a phone a call and 30 minutes later it was delivered and installed. I offered to pay for it but the charge was not on my final bill... geez, how do you beat that?

Scott and Tyler were so personable while installing our new door. The door looks amazing! But more importantly is how amazing Tyler and Scot were. They cleaned up everything spotless,! Rusco should be proud to have them as employees. They are two kind, hard working men. Rusco came through exactly as they told us when we ordered our door. Thanks Rusco!

Mike P. came on time and completed the work of replacing our window trim with the proper color. he was very good at his work. when he finished he had us come and see if it was done the way we wanted. it was beyond what we wanted. very thankfull for the work peformed and the cleanup afterwords.
