I am rejecting this response because:
I was led to believe (2) different times were possible for delivery over a month and a half time span, which neither occurred. I could live with that. What popped my bubble was when they decided they wanted to charge me $for delivery, which was not part of the original oral contract

Gentlemen bought a dock section and we told him we would deliver it for free if we ever got a job in his direction.  He has bought sections from us before and always came and picked them up.  He said he would come pick up this section if we didn't get a job up there in a reasonable...

timeframe.  We did not get any jobs up by him and figured he would come pick it up like he has done in the past and said he would do again.  I tried to do the nice thing and offer free delivery if we went up there but instead he filed a complaint with you the Revdex.com which just blows my mind.   I sent a him a check for the amount he paid so he has been refunded.  Thanks!  Kevin [redacted]
