I am rejecting this response because:It is as I stated a threatThe same as his email and his conversations with usWhat did we request to pay a reputable business that is not friends with him and going to have a conflict of interestWhy didn't he put it through his insurance? In October we could have had this repaired if he would have dealt with it thenAll he kept saying was his negative thoughts not facts of us, who does business like that?

I told the client I will fix the concrete in the spring time It's winter now They got a bid but would not guarantee they were even going to do the concrete It's very small hairline cracks The owner said they may not do anything and at that time I said I would give them
$dollars because we did cause the cracks in the concrete that is years old as a good gestureThey want me to fix the concrete, I will be using my contractor since it's my dime I'm not going to give them $and they don't fix it These people are upset that they lost there elm to Dutch Elm Disease They are mad at the city cause they had to remove the tree They are mad they are taxed a lot for the property they own And they are mad I won't give them $dollars when they really want to pocket the money and go on vacation The bottom line is I'll fix the concrete, I take care of my mistakes.Brian ***Minnesota Tree Surgeons
