company policy doesn't allow us to help on repairs on an AS/IS vehicle when we discount the price that much. We went around company policy and scheduled the customers vehicle in for service since they had a problem so soon after the sale. We covered the cost of that repair under our good will policy. The customer did have another issue with the vehicle. We instructed the customer to bring the vehicle back to us and we would repair the problem at no cost. The customer told us they didn't trust us and took it to their own mechanic. We can't help the customer if they won't let us.
