Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me at this time I will be out of town on Feb.10th but will go to the store on the 11th to get my refund If she does not issue me a refund I will file another complaint
The customer is correct and we do have the machine for them Unfortunately due to unforeseen circumstance the machine is inside my store and I can not access the store until Feb 10th at which time I will call said customer and offer a full refund or machine Thank you
This customer called on a eBay listing I had I told her about the machine and she purchased it for $450 and $50 for shipping as we had put insurance on the serger. She told me if her problem and I told her that IF I had a cord I'd throw one in. As it turned out we did not have one. The cord...
was not part of the sale. This customer already tried to get $100 for a cord that has nothing to do with the serger sale through PayPal and all of our communication was done through PayPal. Paypal sided with me stating I told her IF we happened to have one we would send it with. The PayPal claim is available upon request. I would also like to add I find it completely inappropriate that she could go to the Revdex.com after PayPal sided with us and closed the case. Also we had to block her number do to her numerous call and inappropriate comments to employees. Thsnk youTerrie [redacted]
