that our salesman has recently been diagnosed with a Stage IV brain tumor and has undergone subsequent surgery. As soon as we were contacted by the homeowner we stepped up to the plate and proceeded with all the necessary requirements to get the windows installed.
These windows are scheduled to be installed on Thursday, August 29, 2015. We have been in touch with the homeowner regarding this issue and this should resolve the customer's concerns.
