To Whom It May Concern, My first contact with Mr***i was April of this year (2016) when I sent him paperwork to be completed for the installation of the new service at *** *** *** ***. I sent him information based on an estimate that had been done in September 2013.
I did not send him a new estimate or application because we had the information on file. At that time I was new to this position and was not aware of the difference in prices or the necessity to update the estimate. Mr ***i received an estimate for installation of electric service at his address at *** *** *** *** on September 4, 2013. Our estimate clearly states that they are only good for days. Mr*** contacted me in April of this year (2016) to proceed with the project. I sent him paperwork to be completed for the installation of the service based on his original estimate. When his new service was completed he was sent a revised bill that also updated the previous estimate to the current rates. The difference in the estimates, excluding the price for the easement was $and then there was the difference of feet of wire that was needed to complete the job. When Mr***i called me in regards to the difference in price I informed him that the estimated price he paid was almost years old and that the bill is based on the current rates I also apologized for not sending an updated estimate. However, Mr***i knew the pricing was out dated and we expect him to honor the revised pricing Sincerely Deanice *** *** *** ***

I did not send him a new estimate or application because we had the information on file. At that time I was new to this position and was not aware of the difference in prices or the necessity to update the estimate. Mr [redacted]i received an estimate for installation of electric service at his address at [redacted] on September 4, 2013. Our estimate clearly states that they are only good for 90 days. Mr. [redacted] contacted me in April of this year (2016) to proceed with the project. I sent him paperwork to be completed for the installation of the service based on his original estimate. When his new service was completed he was sent a revised bill that also updated the previous estimate to the current rates. The difference in the estimates, excluding the price for the easement was $174.82 and then there was the difference of 10 feet of wire that was needed to complete the job. When Mr. [redacted]i called me in regards to the difference in price I informed him that the estimated price he paid was almost 3 years old and that the bill is based on the current rates. I also apologized for not sending an updated estimate. However, Mr. [redacted]i knew the pricing was out dated and we expect him to honor the revised pricing. Sincerely Deanice [redacted]
