You are confused. We are a 3rd party seller on Amazon. We always have been. Amazon let's us set our own return policies which are clearly listed on Amazon about Minnesota Workwear. Each 3rd party seller can have different return policies. You are clearly not viewing our return policies and confusing us with either Amazon direct or another seller. Again, we have never ever offered free return shipping. PLEASE CALL AMAZON with your specific Amazon order # and they will tell you the same thing.

The item in dispute (Garmin GPS) was cancelled bec. the vendor (Garmin) has not given us approval to sell this item. It was incorrectly listed on Amazon. We aplogize for the trouble.

customers. If the seller is not allowed to sell Garmin products then they should not offer them. This is false advertisement on your behalf, offering unexisting products at competitive prices. I didnt buy the watch elsewhere because I was counting on the order I had made.
