She purchased a storm door on 1/4/2017, we installed her door in February.  [redacted] contacted us about the screen coming out by the handle.  We contacted Provia about it and it was not covered under warranty only the frame and glass for manufacture defects, but would send out a new screen...

free this one time.  We installed the new screen for her.  A couple months later, [redacted] called again about the screen coming out in the same location. We contacted Provia again about it and they said it is not under warranty as the warranty is only for frame and glass, but would send out another screen to us at a discounted rate.  We explained this to [redacted] and she said no, she wanted a new door different style, when nothing is wrong with her current door as it opens, closes and functions correctly.  The screen was coming out by the handle both times.
