As our faq explains those are inventory seat numbers on the invoice, not actual seat numbersWe have provided actual seat numbers when the buyer requested At time of order, buyer agreed to the delivery date, and all sales are finaland if you ask to cancel, that's fine, but that is still the terms and conditions of the sale[redacted] was not our customer, [redacted] was -- I have no idea what has been relayed between themhowever buyer [redacted] agreed to the terms and conditions as well at checkoutYou can't place the order without agreeing to themTickets are sent as soon as released by the venueWe have confirmed the seat numbers, and we'll send when the venue releases themWe set a realistic in hand date which is shown before the order is placed since we can't control venue release schedule.There is no threat of $fee, just an a mention that we charge a $fee if the credit card company rules in our favorIt's clear this buyer has a hard time readingthe $fee is on the faq, linked from the invoice email, and attached to our last responseI wanted to make sure they understood a credit card dispute would be closed in our favor and that fee exists when that happensNo refund, all sales are finalAlso this will be my last response to this case

I am rejecting this response because:
in good faith business should issue a refundIt is not an unreasonable requestI have received no tickets and at this time and do not feel that they will be deliveredIt will be even more difficult to dispute this should the tickets not arrive, the reason I am requesting a refund at this time

You can't place the order without agreeing to themTickets are sent as soon as released by the venue. We have confirmed the seat numbers, and we'll send when the venue releases them. We set a realistic in hand date which is shown before the order is placed since we can't control venue release schedule.There is no threat of $100 fee, just an a mention that we charge a $100 fee if the credit card company rules in our favor. It's clear this buyer has a hard time reading. the $100 fee is on the faq, linked from the invoice email, and attached to our last response. I wanted to make sure they understood a credit card dispute would be closed in our favor and that fee exists when that happens. No refund, all sales are final. Also this will be my last response to this case.
