was signed.  The owner of the contract is responsible for telling their guest the terms and agreements of the contract.   Although I had no cancellation number from [redacted] I offered to split the cost of the no-show.  She hung up on me.  Her mother then called and continued with the conversation and I again offered her the same thing as her daughter.  The women threatened me personally several times and  swore she would get me and hung up.  After she hung up  I decided in the best interest of my guest I would credit her back the highest rate  for the weekend.  As you can see the rates were different for the Saturday then the Sunday.  I gave her the largest rate refund.   If you have any further question please let me know.  Thank you for assistant with this matter  (Please refer to attachment.)
