Business remained unresponsive to requests to cancel membership for weeksPoor customer serviceOwner and a trainer made offensive jokes about women I first attempted about canceling my membership to Minnie Fitness on January 11th, There were several reasons I desired to cancel my membership, the reason I felt most strongly about was the disrespectful manner in which the owner and one of the trainer talked to and about their female clientsThe owner made sexual jokes to an all female class and joked about one woman not giving it her all in a workout because she "had her period." He also made jokes about having "his period" to explain his moodinessI find these jokes incredibly offensive to womenOne of the other trainers made a comment about liking to "look at women's a [redacted] when they come to work out in tight clothingThis kind of behavior and comments about women made me incredibly uncomfortable as they are highly inappropriateI did not feel comfortable going to work out

The "owner" get people in by giving a deal, then is insulting, inappropriate, and unprofessional trying to gain connections, or hook ups, then when you've had enough of his shenanigans, he turns on you, continues to charge your account, threatens you when you challenge it and lies to protect himselfHe lures good trainers in but leaves a legacy of sm for them to wade through and eventually loses themThere are many other fitness places with credible trainersRun from this place and avoid anything this *** *** *** *** is involved inHe's a fraud with multiple identities that is supported by stock internet photos that he claims is his lifestyle from being an awesome trainerHe is notIf your female, he will flirt and flatter you, then when rejected, *** *** If your a manHe will offer you "deals" to train you while trying to get your professional advice and connections for free, then belittle you and reject you telling you your not worth his timeThis guy is a jokeDo not support this losers business transactions
