Review: My problem is with Minneland Academy Rippon accounting department. Rippon took on the responsibility to send [redacted] the attendance sheet for the month of April. [redacted] said they were not going to pay the amount because Rippon accounting department failed to fax or email the required attendance sheet within 30 days. When asked Rippon accounting department for proof that they sent the required documents. They only can show the attendance sheet with a stamp with the supposedly date they sent the fax. They have no transmittal record of the fax just a stamp. Rippon does not have aany better proof like a transmittal record which is hard for me to believe that when it comes to money Minneland don't have better documentation to show proof is beyond me. A Transmittal record is better then some man made stamp. The attitude at Rippon is regardless if they send the form or not they are going to make the parents pay for their [redacted]. With Rippon's lack of responsibility and check & balances will and always cause a hardship for me and my family. [redacted] said they are willing to pay the for the month of April if Rippon can show better proof than a stamp.Desired Settlement: If Rippon can not be responsible to make sure [redacted] receive the form in timely manner then that responsibility should be the parents. We shouldn't be responsible for Rippon [redacted]. Rippon should be responsible for [redacted] portion (April).
