Review: On August 2, 2013 I was waiting in line beside another vehicle to get my car re-inspected. One of the employees at the Exxon was repairing a customer truck in front of me. The employee began to back the truck up quickly, and he backed into my parked car. Damage occured to my passenger light and bumper. A couple employees looked at the damage, and [redacted] the manager came out. He gave me a card with the date of the incident written on it, his name and contact number. He told me to go get three estimates and they would take care of it. Upon getting the inspection I went to three different auto body shops to get estimates. I faxed the three estimates to [redacted], and confirmed that he had them over the phone. He told me someone would contact me by Wednesday 8/7/13. I never received a call from any one. I called [redacted] for a week requesting the owner name or insurance information, and he said he did not know. I contacted the non-emergency line of the police and the suggested I call Exxon. I called Exxon, and they informed me that they no longer own any Exxon's in the US. They gave me the number to [redacted] ###-###-####. I spoke with a [redacted] at extension [redacted] who said she'll have someone call me. The area manager [redacted] ###-###-#### called and said he'll have someone call me to get my car taken care of. I than spoke on many occasions to a [redacted] at ###-###-#### & ###-###-####. [redacted] rquested I email him the estimates, and I submitted them to him. He told me to take my car to the shop, and they will send the shop a check. He even called the shop but never sent a payment. I received a call from a [redacted] and employee at the gas station who offered to pay me $500.00. I declined because my car repair was over $2000.00. My insurance company rep., [redacted] Ins., along with myself have been given a run around emailing various people, and not getting payment. On 8/22/13 [redacted] sent a rep. to my home to inspect my car. He estimated the damage at $2253.37. A check was written for $1753.37 minus my $500.00 deductible. I also have a witness to the accident **. [redacted] ###-###-####. She have recorded a statement of the incident with my insurance companyDesired Settlement: I'm requesting the owner of the station or his insurance company to reimburse my insurance company $2253.37 for damages their employee caused to my vehicle.

Review: I took my cars to NTA Exxon on Minnieville and [redacted] Minnieville Road, [redacted],VA [redacted] and owned by Mr. I[redacted], Mohammed and Raheel S[redacted]. During the winter I took my mother's car who is 80 years old senior citizen to this gas station and auto repair station for a battery recharge. We were told that the battery could not be recharged and an attempt was made to sell us a new battery for over $100. The tow charge and the battery would have yielded over a $250 charge. The car was strong and I opted to buy a new battery for the woman from a store with her trade in. This only cost us $45.00 but, when we picked up the vehicle and paid the $89.00 tow fee, the emergency brake was mysteriously stuck. I asked how this occurred and I was told it happened during the towing of the vehicle. They then said it could be fixed at the minimum of $200 but, could cost more. The car was not drivable and could not be inspected. After giving the benefit of the doubt to these people. We needed a [redacted] repaired in order to attend a funeral that required driving 500 miles away. We asked them to inspect the entire car, engine, hoses etc. in order to give us an estimate for repair that could make the car safe to drive such a distance. The gave us an estimate of $940.00 with a $30 discount. We approved the repair and picked up the vehicle after paying $910 cash. We proceeded to fill up the tank of the car with gas and while at an intersection 70 miles from home, the car broke down. It was the second time the car had been driven and only two days from being picked up. When notified that the car was broken down, they replied they could fix the car again but it could cost me from $500 to $2,000 depending on the damage. We missed the funeral and Exxon charged us for towing and storage. When I take a car to this shop, one thing is fixed and once they are paid, another part is mysteriously broken. I attempted to work things out with them to avoid legal action by refunding a refund.Desired Settlement: I a desire a cash refund of the $910 cash I paid for the repair by May 21,2014. $120 for the towing and $2,000 for the stress of the missed funeral, doctor's appointment that cost me money and the insults rendered by the manager. I also require a written apology. I am a stroke survivor and this incident set my recovery back substantially. I have retained an attorney and will contact the bunko dept of the authorities if this matter is not settled.

I filed complaint #[redacted]. After I agreed to meet. The owner Raheim S[redacted] lied and agreed to resolve the issue and ask that I allow them to repair my vehicles for years to come. I agreed and then he refused to honor his word. They discriminated against me the moment I closed the case and asked me never to come back to their station again. I was lied to and nothing was ever resolved. He stated that in his country, they do not sign agreements and that his word was to be believed in order to resolve the issue. I had the car towed and they now attempt to charge me a tow fee. I would not have towed the car 12 miles away had I not been lied to. I would like to file based on discrimination, bait and switch, breach of contract.
