We were unfortunately unaware that this customer had not received their USB driveOur last communication from them was in AugustThey reached out to us on Thanksgiving, November 25th to let us know that it had not arrivedWe replied on Thanksgiving to confirm that we had the correct mailing
address and to let them know that we would purchase a new drive for them.It typically takes us about business days to ship a new drive but the increase in business at this time of year sometimes adds a day or twoTheir USB drive was shipped on Friday, December 8th and delivered to them via USPS on Monday, December 11th.They were excellent customers and great to work withIt is unfortunate that we were not aware of the issue sooner or they obviously would have received the replacement much earlier

We will happily mail another copy of the customer's discs to the most recent address provided. We will send them via a trackable shipping method and verify the delivery.
