Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: The concern is not other customers nor is it the holiday seasonIf you are insinuating I need the money I do notI am not going to make payments for a car that is not running and you were aware of it and constantly stated to bring the car in and you would take care of itYou only fixed one thing with my vehicle ONE and that was a wheel alignment which the gentleman at Mavis discount in Poughkeepsie didn't give me any paperwork because everything would be sent over to youYou smiled in my face and my families face as you sold us cars that worked at the beginning and then had problems down the lineMy fiancé purchased a Jetta VW and the check engine light came on a month laterHe lost time for work time and time again for the problem not even to be fixed by a mechanic that YOU recommendedEssentially they didn't even fix the problem and I reached out to you about his car as well and you NEVER got back to me and I have that proof as wellI also have the proof of the rude Salesperson that I communicated my issues with who gave no resolution and was extremely rude to me via text message ! My mom purchased a ford focus from you that had a buck when she took it for a test drive and you ensured her that it would be fixedWhen she picked up the car it had the same buckingAgain time off from work over and over again to a mechanic that YOU recommended and the problem still persists ! ZERO RESOLUTION ZERO PAPERWORKSo please don't be disrespectful and try to insinuate that I need the money and you see this right around the holidayWhether the car was new or used the slew of problems with zero resolution is absolutely ridiculous ! I took my car to the mechanic and he asked who I bought the car and his mouth dropped to the floor when I mentioned your nameYou guys brought a vehicle to him and wanted him to install a used part into the vehicle just to hurry and get the job doneDo you not remember that because I can get a statement from my mechanicAre you forgetting all of the cases in the city and town of [redacted] courts with all of the cases that are against you due to the bad business practiceI am not being unethicalWhat you did is WRONG and you know itI think the $I put down is fairI went there trusting in you with hopes that I would be satisfied and I was forced to give up the carI am not even asking for the money that it cost to repair the vehicle because that would be a wash because of all the problems with the vehicle and trust and believe I have the proofTell me if this makes senseWould you be able to pay a car payment, have a family, and repair thousands of dollars of repairs to a vehicle that shouldn't have problemsTo be exact the vehicle was purchase in February it is not November nine monthsMy fiancé no longer has had his car since October which is eight monthsThere needs to be some sort monetary resolutionAlso, please understand I bought a vehicle from a used dealership in the past and had ZERO problems In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted] ***

We sold this Mazda CX-New York State Inspected to *** just short of a year agoNew York Offers a day thousand mile warranty and we abide by that and then someWe repaired all that she wanted and *** has not contacted us with further concerns about her vehicle and is also five
months behind on her car payment; so we see this a lot around the holiday times and express our sympathy however this is a used vehicle that we sold in perfect running condition and if we returned money to every customer a year later who was behind on payment we'd be out of business! everything we did was by New York state regulation and guidelines- for further questions you reach me at ###-###-####Matthew M*** M*** Motors LLC

Tell me if this makes sense.. Would you be able to pay a car payment, have a family, and repair thousands of dollars of repairs to a vehicle that shouldn't have problems. We are in the process of applying the warranty. The warranty company needed more paperwork which has been provided to them and I will have a confirmation receipt for the customer today. We hope to get this resolved just as fast as and for [redacted]. Thank you
