I purchased a car from Minnow Motors, and I had an excellent experience with the sales team The selection was great, no pushy salesmen, they were very patient with me as I test drove a bunch of their cars, and I got an awesome car at a great price I'd recommend them to my own family and friends I will definitely be a repeat customer

The customer service at this dealership SUCKS The professionalism SUCKS They are eager to take your money, but when you want to take the vehicle you have purchased you get excuse after excuse and now they can't find anyone to help you or authorize the transfer of ownership If the owner is not there the employees forget they are in the car selling business Three phone numbers and no one can answer the phone I would not recommend this dealership to an enemy

Review: I bought my car December **, 2015. December **, 2015 my car would not start. I had it jump started and the car told me I have a high battery drain and the iDrive system in my 2006 BMW 530xi was not working properly and is still not working properly. I reported it the same day but because of the holidays and my work schedule I brought it in on the [redacted] I was told by John that it was a bad battery. I bought the battery they reimbursed me for it it's still having the same problems. Now I'm being told his has to do with my stereo system not going to sleep and that I need a new amp and stereo. I have been going back and forth to the dealership three times a week for them to look at it and tell me that something else is the problem. On the [redacted] they told me that the part was supposed to be coming in that day and I have not heard from them since. They don't return my phone calls and they don't return my emails. The actual address of the dealership is [redacted] and the phone number is ###-###-####Desired Settlement: I just want my car to be fixed. I just made a month of owning the car and it's only been running correctly for the 5 days of the whole month I've had it.
