I am rejecting this response because: It is 6:00am on a Saturday morning (09/02/2017) and I just received notice from my driver that the truck is once again in full de-rateThe same issue with the after treatment system as alwaysAll we get is excuses and no resolutionThe truck was just towed into the dealership on July 29th and "fixed" and now here we are againSomething has to changeMy business has lost thousands of dollars because the proper repairs have never been made.

We have contacted Mr*** concerning Revdex.com case #*** and he was very happy that we did He voiced his concern over his last experience with Doggett Freightliner and we reassured him that we always do what is right for the customer We also completely explained the repair process

I have read over the complaint from Mr*** and do not agree with his assessment It’s very unfortunate that he has been experiencing these issues but Doggett Freightliner does not make the call on what is warranty and what is not In this case the determination of warranty
coverage is made by Cummins through the EDS system When we deal with Cummins issues, we input the information into the Cummins EDS system and then we are provided trouble shooting steps which the lead us to a failed component Once that is completed, Cummins then informs the dealer as to what they will pay for and what parts are authorized to be replaced.I realize that Mr*** is wanting the complete emission/DEF system replaced but we do not have the ability to make that call Cummins will always determine what needs to be replaced in warranty situation.Thank you,*** ***
