I purchased a Washer and Dryer on Friday July 18th. I bought these items because I am moving to a place with a washer and dryer connections. Where as, my current apartment do not have the connections. On the store, I tested both washer and dryer. Both washer and dryer worked fine, but the washer had a rusted drum. [redacted], who is the owner, suggested to replace the washer's drum and he will deliver the items to my apartment. The appliances have a 30 day guarantee, and he assured me that he always test the equipment before leaving the store. He delivered the items, and I pay him $260 for service and appliances. After [redacted] left, I decided to connect the washer to test the spin cycle with the new drum, just to double check everything was fine. The washer vibrates so vigorously that makes my apartment's floor shake. I explained my concerns to [redacted], and he said "I get there when I get there." After various attempt to contact him, I proposed three solutions in which he disregarded all of them. First, a time and a date where he can checked the appliance. He said "I don't know". Second, swapping the washer with another one. He said "I don't do that". And third, refunding my money. He said "I don't give refunds". I asked [redacted] if he could come on Monday July 21st. He agreed but did not know what time. All day Monday, I did not hear from him. Tuesday, I was in [redacted] NC. [redacted] called me at 11:19am to see if he could come over. I did not know he was available on Tuesday, so I told him I was in [redacted] I asked him if he could meet me at my place around 12:30pm. He said "No, I'll let you know when". I cannot sit in my apartment and wait until he decides to come over. He does not have any legal documents where it explains the 30 day guarantee. I'm out of options since I am moving next week, July 30th. I have been trying to resolve the situation for the last 4 days without any results. I'm forced to buy a new set again because I cannot find a matching washer. That is why I am filing a report.Product_Or_Service: [redacted] Washer and DryerDesired Settlement I will hold his appliances until Tuesday 29th of July. [redacted] can let me know the time he is willing to come and take his appliances. I expect a full refund for the washer and dryer. I am already in a process of acquiring a full functional set. I cannot wait until he decides to respond for his products. After 29th, I will expect a partial refund of $180, which is the cost for a new washer, trailer rental, and truck rental to move these appliance. By then, I would have got rid of the W/D
