Initial Business Response /* (1000, 11, 2015/09/21) */
The customer brought their vehicle into Minot Automotive with parts removed and placed in the front seats and on the floorboardsSomeone had tried to work on this vehicle prior and Minot Automotive refused to work on the vehicle due to the
extent of the teardownCustomer was notified this on June 29th, and was told that she would need to remove the vehicle from the dealership property asap as there in not enough space to store vehicles on the lotCustomer refused to move the vehicle and on July 2nd we contacted the customer to get her address to send a letter explaining that she needs to move her vehicleCustomer provided her contact information and we sent a letter to her PO Box (unable to send certified letters to PO Boxes) addressed to *** (the name provided to us)We instructed her to move her vehicle prior to July 12th, or the vehicle would be towed from the dealershipOur stance on towing abandoned vehicles is also posted on signs found around the dealership lot as we do not allow long term storageNo response was given from the customer and on July 17th 2015, the customer's vehicle was towed from the dealership propertyWe provided ample time for the customer to remove her vehicle prior to towing it from our locationCustomer never made any attempt to get her properly removed from Minot Automotive's parking lot

The attached documents will prove information in the response is downright untrueI have attached a spreadsheet taken from my Verizon page listing all incoming and outgoing calls for the billing cycleYou will note that on July 2, I have NO phone calls from Minot! They NEVER tried to call meI have also attached an envelope from the towing company showing the letter was sent CERTIFIED to my PO Box! Seriously, is anyone ignorant enough to think anyone would believe the claim that you can not send certified mail (as required by law, in this case, according to Sharon from ABC Towing) to a PO Box? I have also attached the letter from the towing company and the one I received from Minot Chrysler, only AFTER I called and requested itNote the post mark dateLindsay was the person that originally called me to tell me they respectfully declined to work on my carLindsay knows I live an hour away, and I told her I would have my local tow company come after it ASAPAt NO time did I refuse to come and get the carSadly, when I called to try and resolve this matter, I was told that Lindsay no longer works at Minot ChryslerI found out my car had been towed when my towing company went to pick it upAlso please note that the address on the letter from Minot Chrysler is incorrect, but the address on the envelope is correctIf the letter had actually ever been mailed and I did not receive it, it would of been returnedThis whole response it such and outright and obvious lie, as my attachments will prove, it is embarrassing! It might make a great news story: "Crooked Businesses of Minot"

I had one missed call not multiple calls like stated
Final Consumer Response /* (3000, 15, 2015/12/21) */
I did talk to a manger from department. And like state earlier I'm glad they tried to correct things with replacing tie rods for free. but the like stated on the 07 and 99 the service I paid for wasn't meet by any standards. I'm not looking for any thing or wanting any thing for free I just want the service I paid for. and that wasn't meet by any standard. Like I said in my statement and to them on phone it is the idea. how many times does this happen to people who don't know better and think everything was done correctly. Like I told them this could of been my grandpa or grandma who thought everything was done and a ok and then the transfer case goes out and they're stuck with the bill. Long story short I'm very unsatisfied with the service twice. they tried to correct it but end result still unsatisfied with overall service even though they tried to make it right. And when I talked to manager I don't blame him he thought I wanted something(offer to make it right but I already service everything they missed myself) because of my comment about a gift card to a better service provider but I don't because I wanted the service I paid for twice but I didn't receive the qualified service I paid for, so why would I want any thing extra. I'm just really ticked off because not once but twice things didn't meet my expectations or their performance standards. So now when we talk again don't assume i'm looking for something or be argumentative with me that your guys provided a sy service. Because i'm just questioning how many times does this happen to people who don't know what to check for and why it does. Thanks
P.S. the things that were missed wasn't anything minor like windshield fluid or lights it was things that could be a costly repair because of this.
Final Business Response /* (4000, 16, 2015/12/21) */
I talked to [redacted] on December 18th. [redacted] and I talked about the work that had been done on his vehicle and the things that he believes that Minot Automotive Center should have checked. And I agreed with him. I asked [redacted] specifically what I could do for him and he stated there was nothing I could do. He just wanted to make other people aware of the work that had been done. And to him I said that I apologized for the work that was done or lack of work that had been done. I told him that I will be taking this information and be making changes to my business to better help our guest and hopefully him in the future. Again I asked him if there was anything we could do for him and he stated there was not.

Business response received via fax to Revdex.com. Scan is attached, text of letter reads as follows: "This letter is in regards to complaint ID [redacted].We received the complaint from the Revdex.com with the Customer disputing the issue about who is responsible for the deductible on the vehicle traded in to...

us. It was our understanding from everyone involved in the trade-in of the vehicle that the Customer would be responsible for the deductible. We were told what body shop as well as when to drop off the vehicle for the appointment set by the Customer. When the body shop contacted us that the vehicle was done we attempted to contact the Customer to have the deductible dealt with.We then received the complaint through the Revdex.com. At this time we do not have anything in writing from the Customer that He/She would take care of the deductible. Due to the fact that the Customer does not believe that He/She ever stated that they would take care of the deductible; the Dealership will pay the deductible. The dealership will stop all attempts to contact the Customer in regard to collecting the deductible.Thank YouJustin [redacted]Used Inventory ManagerMinot Automotive Center###-###-####"
