To whom it may concern: On March 4, a visited Mint Auto Sales South Orange Blossom Trail, Orlando, Florida 32809, Jonathan and Jeff (employees) showed me a white Mercedes Benz 320, I told him I was interested in buying itDareus (Financial manager) told me that my credit was approved so I gave them $1,as a down payment and drove away in my new car
On March 2016, I went to Mint Auto Sales so they could hand me my new cars tag and they didn'tThey informed me at that time at that time no nancial institution approved my credit to buy the carTherefore I had to turn in the carThey refused to give me back the $1,I gave them as a down payment

On Feb 22, I went into Mint Auto Sales to purchase a vehicle I took in my motorcycle to trade and it was taken for $ I was there almost all day trying to find a car that fit not only my budget but my credit They finally found a Mazda 3I with 120k miles but since it was late in the day we stated I would submit my paystubs etc in the morning Morning arrived and*** called me to submit docs I thought about it overnight and was not happy with the vehicle to be honest so I called Mint Auto to let them know I would be picking up my motorcycle and the $I paid for registration I was told that the motorcycle was already sold to the warehouse (by the way, there is no warehouse) and that I could not get any deposits refunded I stated that why would they sell my motorcycle if we had not closed on the deal I was told that because I gave them the title they had the right to sell it Yes, they have the right to sell it after the deal is closed but not if nothing is purchased Then I went in to visit MrJeff L*** and he stated that because we wasted his time the day before he would not refund the $registration fee I thought it was the deposit that was not refunded and since when do you have to pay for customer service? I was finally able to get my motorcycle back after a few threats but nothing about the registration fee So I have just filed with the small claims court here in Orlando FL Now they will have to pay me back the registration with other fees that I have had to pay for this horrible inconvenience They are used junk car sharks that take advantage of peoples needs I wish there was an option for no starts as they don't even deserve one These people need to be put out in the open

I purchased a BMW 335i on 4/9/I have had issues since Day one of my purchaseI got the vehicle and inquired if the vehicle was fully inspectedI agreed on a price with Jeff who works there as a finance manager and was later quoted a completely different rare that was several thousand over the prenegotiated rateThe original rate was for grand down and approx grand left on paymentsMoe advised me on a new deal after roughlu grand down that I would have approximately grand leftThe amount monthly was also changed from roughly to a monthI was advised by Moe the Manager that I was lied to about pricing by his Finance manager Moe and that he had fired him due to this I was also advised by Moe in an attempt to secure the sale that any issues with the car he would take care of and assured me that it was fully inspected aft

I just purchased my car from mint auto sales in Orlando wonderful people good business honest people my salesman Sam treat me like a queen I love everybody friendly honest and quality cars I have no problem with it and they fill it up with gas for me they wash the car for me to check the oil I'm happy with it I recommend it and I will go back again for next car

I purchased a used vehicle on 11/29/16, I was told I had to pay in taxes to Florida and that was the way it was done even though NC taxes were different, they said NC would just cut me a check back for the refund, that does not happenI was also told that was the only way I could leave with the vehicle, (it was pm, I had been there hours, had a hour drive ahead of me, and flew in that day)When I returned to NC and went to my DMV, I was told the paperwork was not there from Mint, I waited weeks later, I went again still no paperwork from Mint, I called, oh here it is I will send it right out, which they didThird time at DMV paperwork is not all there, DMV needs proof of paying the to Florida, called Mint two days later and several unanswered messages to Jeff I get a email back with find your name on the list where you paid and that's your proof, that was insufficient for DMV , again, but they called Flafor me and after two hours on hold got it straightened outI was told I had over paid Florida by $and they don't refund money, it was my responsibility to try to get it backI immediately called Mint and Jeff the person that was handling the issue, he said it was my problem and they would not help and I should write my State Senator to get help from him to get my money back (aren't Senator's working on more important things, I hope so) I then wrote Mint a nice email and expected a response, but did not receive one at all, that is why I am here, Mint I have the your receipt for the month of November 2016, it shows my name and dollar amount I paid to you, I overpaid you 599.60, I already had to pay NC again to get my tag, you are going to get the money back as a credit why won't you give me my money back? It has been a nightmare dealing with Jeff and Mint Auto Sales

In November of this year, I bought a used car from a used car dealer in Orlando (Mint Auto Sales )We specifically stated that we were looking for a manual shift Toyota Corolla that we could use as a "tow-behind" car, or "dinghy" for our RV, and told them we wanted a car that would tow with all wheels down I did A VIN search on the vehicle in question, and it came back clean We took the car and our RV to *** to have the baseplate installed on the car, but we were told that they could not install it as the car had been wrecked and the frame was bentThe original weld was broken and it would be a liability issue if the car came off the baseplate or had other issues while being towedI bought a extended warranty from them, which of course, does not cover a bent

I came hours away to buy car because of an ad I saw, I got there and they totally took advantage of me because I was a woman, first off the car I wanted was 12,MILE BMW WITH 50,MILESNOW in the add it says down bad credit all kind of credit , they ran my credit then I was told nobody wont finance that car for me, and to choose another car I asked why they told me because its foreignThen they said oh we found a company but you need to put downI really wanted this car so I agreed my payment will be I said ok that's fine it will be paid off in yearsThey charged me for a tag which I told them I already have a tag then was told oh don't worry you'll get it back later in check formI really wanted to go homeso sold car drove back home hours away, the AS SOON AS I GOT HOME check engine light, so I went to the auto zone and was told I need spark plugs and the radiator is goneI call mint auto sale and was told (oh we can help you with a discount on parts and you can pay us to fix) they told me the car is as is so I took the car to bmw and spent to fix car and was told that mint auto sales knew it was broken and they cleared the codes out of the car so you would' nt knowso I then realized these people are fraud and liars so now they own me for my tag which took them literly more than a month to sent to meAlso the car was 13,and on my paper work they marked the price up to 16,these are sm of the earth nice cars they have but lemons and bad deals Also I called the tax collector to file a report on them because I could' nt drive car be the temp plate was expired and tax collector said its a lot of complaints on them and they change their name often tooplease skip this car company Jeff finance manger and the manger Indian guy liars
