I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below The fact that they can't confirm or document the conversation that I did have with the office manager at the time doesn't fix the problem of poor patient/community relations and of misleading meI paid the bill due to wish to avoid collection agency and ruin of my credit rating, but I want it on record that this particular dental practice has questionable practices and misleads its patients Regards, [redacted] ***
After reviewing the patient’s chart/records, we maintain our position that the patient did have the services performed, therefore the fees are due usHer claim that she was told her insurance would cover cannot be confirmed, neither are they documentation Due to the nature of our insurance contracts, we cannot provide discounts to patients carrying insurances Please let me know if I can be of further assistance Thanks much
