This company is a joke!!!!!!! I called Mint Condition, had an appointment scheduled. I showed up early for the appointment to let whom ever in. Waited for fifteen minutes, then called to see what was going on. I wasn't sure if perhaps the cleaner didn't know where the address was or maybe whomever took down the appointment time messed up and didn't get all the information correct. My call went to voice-mail. I left a message explaining who I was, where I was located, and that I would like a call back, let me know if someone is or isn't coming. I received a text a couple of minutes later. Here's the conversation:
Mint condition: "Sorry, was there for half hour, rang buzzer 3 times no answer. Can come back tomorrow same time if that works."
Me: "Our appointment was at three thirty. I got there at three twenty five. Was there a construed time? I have an inspection tomorrow. What can I do today?"
Mint Condition: " Just let them know that I will be there at 3:30 every thing will be fine. I rang the buzzer at 3:40/3:35 didn't know if you were home or not coming."
Here's the thing, I was at the apartment. There the sliding door was open. There was no buzz, no cleaning vehicle, nothing. The man LIED to me. I can understand if someone forgot. It happens. DO NOT LIE TO YOUR CUSTOMERS. It is bad business. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this company. I hope that you, the reader don't have to experience the same thing I went through. This is my very first review. I am angry, for good reason. I will be posting this on multiple sites, so people know.
