We have been trying to work with [redacted] for the past year in order to address his concerns [redacted] 's complaints involve the glass in the windows not the installation of the windows and is therefore an issue with the window manufacturer not KC Construction We have, however, worked with the window manufacturer to take care of [redacted] 's complaints After [redacted] 's initial complaint regarding the glass in the windows we installed, we contacted the factory and asked them to replace the glass in two windows and a sliding glass door At this point the window manufacturer took over because it was an manufacturing issue They manufactured new glass for the windows and door and installed the glass [redacted] was not happy with the glass after this replacement The factory replaced the glass two more times after that to try and satisfy [redacted] The third time the glass was manufactured and installed, it was inspected twice, once at the factory and once after installation, by employees of the window company It is the opinion of the window company that any imperfections in the glass are within industry standards [redacted] was still not happy with the glass The window manufacturer has said they will not incur the cost to manufacture or install any more glass for these windows [redacted] was still not happy after the third replacement so two months ago, [redacted] , owner of KC Construction, offered to replace the windows at his cost one final time, but will not do so until [redacted] pays the balance of his bill which is $1, [redacted] never responded to this offer Once his bill is paid KC Construction will also honor any factory warranty It is standard for the remodeling industry to consider warranties null and void when a customer hasn't paid in full for the service or products

Construction.  We have, however, worked with the window manufacturer to take care of [redacted]'s complaints.   After [redacted]'s initial complaint regarding the glass in the windows we installed, we contacted the factory and asked them to replace the glass in two windows and a sliding glass door.  At this point the window manufacturer took over because it was an manufacturing issue.  They manufactured new glass for the windows and door and installed the glass. [redacted] was not happy with the glass after this replacement.   The factory replaced the glass two more times after that to try and satisfy [redacted].  The third time the glass was manufactured and installed, it was inspected twice, once at the factory and once after installation, by employees of the window company.  It is the opinion of the window company that any imperfections in the glass are within industry standards.  [redacted] was still not happy with the glass.  The window manufacturer has said they will not incur the cost to manufacture or install any more glass for these windows.  [redacted] was still not happy after the third replacement so two months ago, [redacted], owner of KC Construction, offered to replace the windows at his cost one final time, but will not do so until [redacted] pays the balance of his bill which is $1,500.00.  [redacted] never responded to this offer.  Once his bill is paid KC Construction will also honor any factory warranty.  It is standard for the remodeling industry to consider warranties null and void when a customer hasn't paid in full for the service or products.
